The apartment is located in a popular central district. There are many shops within walking distance - supermarkets, drinks market, bakers, restaurants. Shopping street is adjacent. The Düsseldorf trade fair can be reached in 55 minutes by subway. 4 minutes walk to the subway and from there you can get to Düsseldorf Airport, Cologne, Krefeld, Essen, Moers, Bochum very quickly. 2 minutes to the motorway, direct connection to the A40, A42, A3, A57

The apartment is ideal for trade fair visitors and business travelers as well as for holidaymakers who want to experience cultural events in the region.

The transport connections are optimal both by public transport and by car to the motorways. The Düsseldorf trade fair, Essen trade fair, Düsseldorf airport as well as the cities of Düsseldorf, Cologne, Krefeld, Essen, Moers, Bochum and Oberhausen can be reached quickly. The Meiderich city park is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.Within 30 minutes you can reach the Duisburg Landscape Park on foot. You will find everything you need in the immediate walking distance - bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, snack bars, gas stations, Aldi, Rewe, drinks markets, pubs, kiosks, a post office and a shopping street.

The apartment offers you a pleasant time. The cozy living room has a large sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view of the covered and screened balcony where you can enjoy the sun on the south side.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, from dishes to various spices, oil, sugar, tea and coffee.There is also a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and stove with oven. A large dining table is also available.

The bathroom has its own washing machine, and laundry can be hung in the drying room under the roof. We provide laundry detergent for the first few days of your stay.

The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe, a shelf and a desk with an office chair for home office.

To park, you can use the free parking spaces in front of the house or in the side streets. There are also paid parking spaces opposite.

For longer stays, it is possible to have the apartment cleaned between days.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to midnight. Other times are possible by arrangement.

Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balcony and smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the property. Pets are not allowed!
